Finding A Dream Job.

Hey, have you ever tried to get that dream job that you always wanted but never been hired, no matter how many times you apply for, being shortlisted and whatever else its seriously annoying!! I mean come on just because the particular person doesn't have the "so called" qualification or cert's he or she is not being hired. Its bullcrap. Alright this person didnt undergo for courses but he/she capable of doing it so, comparing someone who goes for courses, but end of the day he has the cert but only knows basic.  HE GOT THE BLOODY CERT!! AND KNOWS BASIC!! comparing someone who doesn't go for courses but has the skills to it and capable of completing the job and is way better than the guy with the cert. Two one em goes for the interview after a few days, the person who has the cert got in. JUST BECAUSE HE HAS THE BLOODY CERT!!!!!! I mean what the F@#$! here we are talking about chasing dreams, then explain to me if the person has low in income unable to go for the course, how is he suppose to showcase his talent and his dream? When you all just going for the bloody piece of printed cert, not because of the skills. Seriously its bullcrap.
If you talking about my dreams, I got alot of dreams but none is achieve. Just because I dont have a freaking cert. Every management in a company should do something about it, not base on skin, and education look at the skills god dammit.
